A message from the FounderWhy shop Black?
I first launched the @black.owned.baby Instagram page in June 2020 to promote trendy Black-owned businesses for children and mothers. Why? The significance of the racial wealth gap has made it difficult for Black entrepreneurs to grow, invest in, or even successfully launch their business ventures. With this acknowledgement comes the need to support Black-owned businesses that are far and few in between, especially those in the children’s industry.
