Information and Policies to Note
The buyer assumes all responsibility for use and care of products. BOB and individual merchants will not be held responsible for any lost, stolen, misplaced, or misused goods once your item has been shipped. Lost or misplaced mail will need to be addressed with the postal service.
All products listed on the BOB Marketplace will be shipped from their respective merchant. Therefore, if your order contains items from two or more different shops, you will receive multiple shipments. These packages may arrive at different times, as each merchant works with different timelines. Keep in mind most items in the Marketplace are made to order.
Some products are eligible for returns or exchanges, while others are not. This is up to the merchant. If the item description doesn't specifically detail returns and/or exchanges are acceptable, then the product is not returnable and cannot be exchanged.
If your item is eligible for return, you must contact BOB within 5 calendar days of receiving your order. Returns will be refunded by BOB, upon inspection of your return by the merchant, to your original method of payment. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. You will be responsible for all return shipping costs.
We encourage you to reference the provided size charts before making a purchase. Size charts are intended to be a guide only.
Black Owned Baby (BOB) is committed to protecting the personal information you provide. We will only use your personal information in order to provide a service to you. We will not share or sell this personal information with any other organization. However, we may disclose personal information to our Marketplace merchants and to service providers who assist in providing a service such as delivery or customs.
We will only use your personal information for the purpose it was intended and to provide you with information about BOB related services that we believe you may be interested in.
